To ensure transparency and fairness, CT Training Centre has established the following rules and regulations regarding the “100% Job Guarantee or 50% Refund” policy:
CT Training Centre: 100% Job Guarantee or 50% Refund Rules and Regulations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Course Completion: Students must complete the entire course, including all assignments, projects, and practical sessions.
- Attendance: A minimum of 90% attendance is required throughout the course duration.
- Performance: Students must pass all internal assessments and final examinations with a minimum score of 70%.
- Placement Activities: Active participation in all placement-related activities such as resume workshops, mock interviews, and job fairs is mandatory.
Job Guarantee:
- Placement Timeline: The job guarantee is valid for up to 6 months after the course completion date.
- Job Offers: The Centre guarantees at least one job offer within this period, matching the course specialization and student skill set.
- Geographical Considerations: The job offers may require relocation based on availability and the student’s preferences.
- Job Acceptance: Students must accept the job offer that meets the agreed-upon criteria. Declining an offer disqualifies them from the refund.
Refund Process:
- Claim Period: If no job offer is received within 6 months, students can claim a 50% refund of the course fee.
- Application for Refund: Students must submit a refund application within one month after the 6-month placement period ends.
- Verification: The Centre will verify attendance, performance, and participation records before approving the refund.
- Refund Disbursement: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the application approval.
Exclusions:
- Voluntary Withdrawal: Students who withdraw from the course voluntarily or fail to complete the course are not eligible for the job guarantee or refund.
- Misconduct: Any student found guilty of misconduct or violating the Centre’s code of conduct will be disqualified from the policy.
- Health Issues: Health-related issues that cause discontinuation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Dispute Resolution:
- Grievance Redressal: Students can approach the Centre’s grievance redressal committee for any disputes or concerns related to this policy.
- Final Decision: The decision of the committee will be final and binding
